The company has been established since 1976 as the specific local distributor, importer, technical services of instrumentation and consulting engineering in civil engineering laboratory systems.

In 1983, the company has established her sister firm, Messrs Geotech & Engineering Service Limited, to serve the sharp growth demands in Engineering services including the feasibility stsudy, research and laboratory for Geotechnical service and Foundation engineering, the water resource engineering, dam monitoring instrumentation, etc. conforming to the progressive development structure of national economic development master plan.
